Programmes for graduates, from Indonesia and the Nordic countries

Internship and traineeship programmes for fresh graduates from Indonesia, and for students from partner universities across the Nordic countries.

Indonesian Business Development and Government Relations Internship
Fresh graduates from Indonesia, in international relations, communications, business or a related field. 12 months, with the possibility of a full-time role afterwards. Application deadline printed as 31 August. Apply
Nordic Business Development Internship Program
Students and fresh graduates from the Nordic countries. Two intakes a year, 6 to 9 months each: spring (January to July) and fall (late July or early August to Christmas), with a possible 1 to 6 month extension. Fall deadline printed as 6 September. Apply
International Management Traineeship, Stipendiefonden för Svensk Utlandsungdom
High-performing fresh graduates from Sweden. 12 months, from July or August 2026 to July or August 2027. Funded by the Stipendiefonden scholarship and by NordCham, which covers an intensive Bahasa Indonesia course and visa costs. Deadline printed as 1 April. Apply
NHH x NordCham Internship Program
Students from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. 6 to 9 months from January or February, with a possible 3 to 6 month extension. Deadline printed as 16 January. Apply
FinnCham Internship
Students of Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences or HELBUS Helsinki School of Business. 6 months, starting at the beginning of January or the end of June. Eligible students receive a scholarship of EUR 1,500 a month from FinnCham, on top of the internship itself.
CBS Internship Abroad
Students of Copenhagen Business School. One semester, an annual 6 month program from July to December, with selected courses at Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta. Funded by SU stipends; additional support for travel and accommodation may be needed.
